I did a photo shoot with one of my dearest friends, teenage daughter. She was so much fun to work with. I love her spunky style, and feel like we were really able to capture it with these photographs.

Day 144 Happy Birthday Mike!

March 20th 2009 My wonderful, incredibly handsome husband turned 29!! Happy Birthday Honey.

After a nice dinner out with no kids, and a few drinks with friends we came home to hang out with Rick and Krysten. Thanks for coming over and celebrating with us guys!!

New Years Eve~~ 66/365

New Years Eve is different with children. Instead of loud music, flowing booze, and dancing, we have, squealing kids, ferocious thumbs on wii remotes, and sparkling cider. (Ok, not ONLY sparkling cider.)

This year we had Krysten and Rick over for some Wiitivities.™.

We decided to break out the Guitar Hero world tour. I great time was had by all. Check it out for yourselves.

57/365 The Elvers

Meet the Elvers's!!

While we were in Wisconsin we went to visit Mike and I's friends Matt, Terri, and their 5 kids! I love going over there, every time we are there Terri and I pick up like we've known each other forever. Our kids play exceptionally well together, and it's the one place I go with our tribe and don't feel like we are driving our guests insane with the masses of our family.

Matt and Mike met years ago when they worked together, Terri and I met when Mike and I got together but they've really been an amazing addition to my life especially. From similar parenting styles, to personalities it's just a great fit.

I had planned on taking more pictures than this, but was so caught up in just "catching up" that I only snapped a few. I did however get to snap their Christmas family picture. I was honored to be asked to do so.
